Halfway through the year, life suddenly imitates art. Being thrown in a situation we’ve never been in before, the world itself becomes surreal. As what was once familiar to us suddenly become foreign; and the abrupt changes in norms, the absence of cure and the vagueness of this pandemic, conveys a sort of dreamlike reality.

It is as if every waking moment is like diving deeper into this dream state.

As Unnatural marks its 7th year, unnatural also marks the merge of the reality and the dream through the artists’ portrayal of their innermost thoughts and reflections in this time of crisis.
