‘This series of paintings is a continuum of my previous works inspired by the dream state nature of the mind or the subconscious mode – random ideas that incessantly flow or float forming fantastic concepts, and pictorial visions, captured, painted and frozen on canvas. Each picture is rendered in a lowbrow or pop surreal manner but light in emotional responses as opposed to heavy and darker surrealism.’
