In Celebration of National Heritage Month, Filipino Heritage Festival take pride to share another production entitled: “Himig ng Bayan” as tribute to the National Artists for Music. Their musical compositions will be interpreted by the Philippine Philharmomic Orchestra, the country’s leading symphony orchestra and resident company of the Cultural Center of the Philippines. Associate Conductor Maestro Herminigildo Ranera, as PPO’s conductor and overall show direction is by Mr. Dennis Marasigan, a Carlos Palanca Awardee and who is also an actor, writer, director and producer who started in theatre and then worked in Philippine Cinema.

Performers: Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, Philippine Madrigal Singers, Rachelle Gerodias, Coke Bolipata, Cristani Rebada, Himig Sanghaya Chorale and Danspace Ballet School.
