How to Submit to International Film Funds and Labs

Calling all producers and directors!

Are you interested to push your project further but having troubles on how to start or even make it work for you?

Good news! We are hosting an intensive workshop on how to submit to international film funds and labs!

Applying to international labs, project markets or film funds for your film can be quite a challenge. Worse, they require so much paperwork!

What makes a good director’s statement?
Why do you need a producer’s statement?
What is a financing plan, and how to do it?
What is the proper budget for a co-production, and what changes need to be made to accommodate co-production?
What other submissions to send?

This workshop goes into details on how to make a strong dossier for international submission, and what role pitching has on the success of your project.

Through lectures, exercises and one-on-one mentoring, SEAFIC Executive Director Raymond Phathanavirangoon, shall help filmmakers go through each of the standard requirements for international submission, and explain how to make them more effective.

Requirement: a director and producer with a project in development. Both must attend the 3-day workshop. Limited slots only so apply now by sending your project brief with the subject FDCP Project Workshop Application 2019 to info@fdcp.ph on or before September 5, 2019.
