Bring the team and unleash the creative beasts within at one of the most colorful street art events in Metro Manila next year! The “Rakrakan: Bosny Paints Street Art Challenge” would like to invite the best street art crews in the metro to put their finest imaginations to life in a street art contest at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on January 14, 2017 ! The theme for the street art competition is “OPM Against Drugs!” To join, teams must meet and submit the following requirements: 1. Crew must be composed of a maximum of 5 members 2. Each member must be at least 15 years old and above 3. All members must be Rakrakan Festival ticket holders (VIP or Gen ad); members without tickets shall be denied entry to the event grounds and will not be allowed to join their crew. 4. Each crew should submit the following information to support@rakrakanfestival.com: 5. Team Name 6. Members info (name and age) 7 Street Art portfolio (at least 5 photos) Registration will start on December 28 until January 11. Only 5 crews will be chosen to participate in the contest and will be judged based on the following criteria at the event: Originality and style – 40% Design and creativity – 40% Relevance to theme – 10% Overall quality, composition and impression – 10% Each team will be provided a 16 feet (length) x 8 feet (height) ply board, meals and drinks, Bosny spray paints, Bosny Can Guns and caps (fat and thin) for the contest. To join, just check out the following requirements: 1. Participant must be a Rakrakan Festival ticket holder (either VIP or Gen ad) 2. Participant must wear a Dickies shirt upon entrance to the skate area 3. Must be 15 years old and above 4. Must have own skateboard, helmet, pads, and other necessary gears 5. Must be in proper skateboarding attire 6. Must not be a PROFESSIONAL skateboarder / have a signed contract with any major skateboarding brand of any kind (shoes, merch, boards and wheels, etc.) One winner will be chosen for each of the following categories: Best Trick -Male Best Trick -Female Game of Skate -Male Game of Skate -Female Highest Ollie Open Category Longest Gap Open Category Winners will each get a certificate and awesome prizes from sponsors.
