Lloyd Zapanta, is a digital artist, designer, and illustrator with a strong focus on typography and hand-drawn ephemera. He has designed several Baybayin fonts that have contributed to the resurgence of interest in the pre-colonial writing system. His work has been featured by brands like Uniqlo and Nike PH, and he has collaborated with many brands, both big and small.

Lloyd embraces the idea that creative shortcomings can lead to the discovery of one’s unique artistic style. Today, he is a freelance artist and design consultant. After working in advertising, he recently transitioned to marketing creatives. Additionally, he is a Typewalk host, and active participant in the Filipino type community and a resident creative at Novice, a platform for up-and-coming creatives.
