A documentary film in honor of Eddie del Mar, directed by well- known cinematographer and director Dik Trofeo will be shown to the public, particularly to students and teachers of various schools in Metro Manila.

After the screening of the film tribute, there will be a screening of the movie NOLI ME TANGERE, considered as one of the ten best movie classics of Philippine Cinema. The executive producer is Eddie del Mar who also portrayed the lead character, Crisostomo Ibarra. Based on the novel by Dr. Jose Rizal, this movie is directed by Gerry de Leon and the Art Direction by Botong Francisco who are both well admired national artists.

This event is set with the aim to inspire the youth and aspiring film makers to intensify their love for their motherland thru their work and chosen artistic expression.
