The Peregrines: A story of finding oneself in a new world

Have you ever found yourself being stuck? Unsure of how to move forward?

XO Productions presents “The Peregrines”, a play written by Jay Crisostomo IV, directed by Jenny Logico-Cruz, and co-directed by Mikaella Yoj Sanchez.

This production takes theater to a place quite unusual. Similar to their previous play, “(Pwedeng) Hindi Totoo: Baba sa Sirko Dugo” which was presented in a staircase, “The Peregrines” is staged in a parking lot. Now, they bring another experimental performance through a site-specific tragicomedy play.

The story is about six individuals, Mary, Anne, Fae, Yzo, Reign, and Emilio, who take on a journey in search of their life’s greater purpose after they realize their homeland leaves them in a state of stagnation. It is their choice to take a leap of faith into an uncharted territory for little is known about what awaits them beyond.

The show runs from July 10-14, 2023 at Benilde Design and Arts Campus, 3rd Floor Parking Lot, grab your tickets now!

(Part I and Part II of the play are separate from one another. It should also not matter which order you watch the show. If you like, you may view Part II first and Part I later.)

Tickets are available now at XOPRODUCTIONS.ORG with prices starting at 499 Php.
