Comets are heavenly bodies that orbit around the sun, but unlike asteroids that are rocky, airless, and sometimes have their own satellites, comets are composed of very compact ice and dust. The nucleus of a comet is said to be very condensed ice forms that when it gets close to our galaxy’s sun, the dusts and ice layers evaporate. Hence, the formation of a tail. This tail is a visible remnant of motion. Mossy’s solo show meditates on this as it reflects his life processes. -Janine Dimaranan
