Quatro Hapimeel’s 3rd solo show “Cuando Mi Solo”, a native language from his hometown which means “sa aking pag-iisa” is about staying inside one’s studio while living with uncertainty and fear. He takes viewers into an intimate space that many can relate to: staying inside from the fear of what could happen.

Quatro’s inner core felt small, triggered by isolation as the lock went down. With nothing but his pen and paper to keep him sane, he started visualizing his everyday emotional upheavals.

Quatro Hapimeel formed mental images that were infused and haunted by darkness but he knew that this is the only path for him so he could find his way back to the surface and into the light.
