Galleria Duemila presents its Easter Collection featuring Duddley Diaz’s paintings and sculptures.
Across different belief systems, the realms of the physical and spiritual are crossed by beings that mediate between the two. These beings make it possible for the divine to reach out, intervene, and bring succor to the human world. They also act as messengers on behalf of humanity. Diaz’s angels, sometimes coupled with the owl, serves as agents of mediation between man, spirits and higher beings. In the Christian pantheon, saints are also well-known intercessors.
