Join Black Canvas’ ArtivisTAYO as we honor anger and different plights through various performances of artivists from different fields and sectors!

Everyday in this pandemic, we absorb so much stress, disappointment and heartache from news of exploitation, violence, and death. Although we have our virtual connections to keep us in check, how do we navigate in the pandemic with difficult emotions like rage or resentment? ArtivisTAYO is a series of online events that aims to contextualize different frustrations and rage experienced today by transforming them towards collective action through the arts. The event will feature performances from Filipino artivists from different sectors and professions—frontliners, advocates of farmers and fishermen, teachers, students, government workers, jeepney drivers, mothers, fathers, children, and many more!

Kaya, tara na! Pakinggan at panoorin ang saloobin ng ating mga kapuwa Pilipino sa ArtivisTAYO! Let’s celebrate our joy, pain, and hopes for the country. Let’s create together and make some noise!

Catch ArtivisTAYO on August 21, 2021 at 8:00 PM PHT, live on Black Canvas’ Facebook page. Should you wish to donate or give support for the artivists involved in the event, you may message Black Canvas on their Facebook page.
