Join us as we honor his memory at the Stop and Salute Flag Raising Ceremony at Rizal Park on Monday, 2 December 2019 at 8 AM.
Along with Salute to a Clean Flag Movement and the National Parks Development Committee, Viva Manila invites the public to remember Carlos, a modern day hero for our times.
