An Online Exhibit and Fundraiser
April 16-30, 2020
Galerie Joaquin Podium
Level 3, The Podium, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
An online exhibit and fundraiser for the benefit of our dear FRONTLINERS
Works from the An Online Exhibition and Fundraiser will be regularly updated for new works and availability.
Inspired by the success of the first phase of its “Art Cares” fundraiser, the Galerie Joaquin Group presents an online exhibition titled “Let the Sunshine In”. This exhibit is wide-ranging in both scope and practice with over fifty (50) artists as they converge and, so to speak, converse – in the midst of these challenging and trying times. For this exhibit, the participating artists are passionately showcasing works that will hopefully touch others with meaningful and spiritually uplifting messages of hope and inspiration.
Each artist strives to provoke positive responses through their art, and evoking messages of solidarity and harmony. The emotions generated from engaging in the featured pieces will hopefully encourage optimism and contribute to spiritual and emotional enlightenment in the midst of all this distress. This special hopes to feature the spirit associated with human resiliency and its various manifestations in life, evoked from the feeling of sunshine — the feeling of rebirth, the feeling of renewal.
This exhibit has a two pronged goal. As dutiful citizens we hope to do our part in helping in the battle against COVID-19. A portion of the sales of “Let the Sunshine In” will be donated to the UP PGH Medical Foundation Inc. Simultaneously it hopes to provide livelihood for the artists who have also been affected by the ongoing lockdown.
For inquiries contact Galerie Joaquin through +63 926 722 79 25 / Camille 0917-5822115 galeriejoaquin@gmail.com. Exhibit runs until April 30, 2020
