Romnick Sarmenta
as Eric

Romnick is one of the Philippines’ most respected and enduring actors, with a career spanning nearly five decades, beginning with his debut as a child star in the iconic series Gulong ng Palad. He has demonstrated exceptional range by transitioning from a teen idol and action star to a powerhouse of dramatic acting on both screen and stage. He originated the role of Eric in the film version of About Us But Not About Us and now brings that critically acclaimed performance to this stage adaptation.

Elijah Canlas
as Lance

Elijah Canlas is one of the most celebrated actors of his generation, earning international acclaim for his career-defining lead role in Kalel, 15. In addition to his acting prowess, he is also a rising hip-hop musician who writes and performs his own tracks. Elijah is reprising his critically acclaimed role as Lance in the stage adaptation of the film About Us But Not About Us.

Epy Quizon
as Marcus

Epy is a versatile actor who gained critical recognition for his performance in the film Markova: Comfort Gay and his portrayal of Apolinario Mabini in the historical epics Heneral Luna and Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral. Epy is excited to be originating the role of Marcus, a character who was only mentioned in the film version of About Us But Not About Us but is now brought to life for the first time in this stage adaptation.

Andoy Ranay
as Marcus (in certain performances)

Though widely known for his directorial work in mainstream cinema and television, Andoy’s roots are firmly planted in the stage. He has been involved with Dulaang UP, both as a student and an artist, and has also appeared in productions of PETA and Atlantis Productions. His most recent stage appearance was in Virgin Labfest’s Presidential Suite # 2. He also led the cast of 13th of September which was performed in Monaco as the official entry of the Philippines for the 18th World Amateur Theatre Festival.

Geraldine Malacaman-Villamil
as Dean Dimalanta (in certain performances)

Geraldine recently took on the titular role in Nanay Bangis, Dulaang UP’s adaptation of Bertolt Brecht’s Mother Courage and Her Children. She was a featured performer at Virgin Labfest, where she played the woman in the play Ningas. Her film credits include Six Degrees of Separation from Lilia Cuntapay (for which she won the Best Supporting Actress award at the 2011 Cinema One Originals Digital Film Festival) and Cinemalaya’s Republika ng Pipolipinas. She was recently awarded Panalong Aktres at the Puregold CinePanalo Film Festival 2025 for the short film Uwian.

Herbie Go
as Dean Dimalanta (in certain performances)

Herbie is an actor, director and teacher. In 2005, as artistic director of Tanghalang Pilipino (TP), he co-founded the Virgin Labfest. He holds a degree in Theater Arts from the University of the Philippines and trained with the TP Actors’ Company. He also taught at the Philippine High School for the Arts for more than a decade. His recent performances include Dulaang UP’s Climate in Crazies, Mahiwaga St.’s Shooting Stars, and Kolaborador’s Lamay in Malaya.

Noel Rayos

Noel Rayos is a veteran of the Philippine stage with nearly 100 theater productions under his belt. His most notable roles include playing Carlos in the musical Binondo, Tenyong in Tanghalang Pilipino’s Walang Sugat, Prince Christian in Trumpets’ musical The Little Mermaid, Little Charles in Repertory Philippines’ production of August: Osage County, and Prince/Rod in MediaCorp and Atlantis Productions’ Avenue Q in Singapore.

Jack Denzel
as Waiter & Lance Double

Jack studied Theater Arts at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, where he acted in and directed plays as part of Sining LABinsiyam, one of the in-house theater companies under the program formed by Batch 119. He made his professional stage debut in the Virgin Labfest play Polar Coordinates.

Jao Catarus
Cover for Lance

Jao is a graduate from the Philippine High School for the Arts and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Theatre at Guang Ming College. He has played the lead role in Room 209, a play which debuted at Virgin Labfest in 2023.
