The trainer of BICORE fitness (Erika Yamagushi) will lead the exercise, while the Shakuhachi player (Gazan Watanabe), Koto player (Yu Miyoshi), and Pianist (Kanako Hara) will play the music. At the same time, the visual artist (Atsuko Yamagata) will transform the energy and tunes into colors by live-painting.

BICORE is an exercise of new yoga style created by Erika Yamaguchi, and is becoming popular centering around Tokyo area. It was made based on thought of Zen, respecting consistency among body, breath, and mind (“Choshin, Chosoku, Choshin”　調身・調息・調心- one of the training way of Zen). At Art-Fitness 2, we will let you experience and feel the Japanese culture and nature, while you exercise your 5 senses. Guest will enjoy moving their body, listening to the tunes of each musical piece and watching the art being painted.

日本より、禅の思想を元にした新しい体幹エクササイズ　”BICORE”の考案者、山口絵里加と、尺八演奏家・渡邊峨山（わたなべがざん）ピアニスト　はら　かなこ　が来比します。

山口がリードする日本的ヨガスタイルのエクササイズに参加 (又は見学) していただきながら、尺八・琴・ピアノの音色に合わせその場の空気をペインターの山形敦子が色にしていく、というものです。

BICOREは日本の文化と自然を感じながら、調和と五感を生かしたトレーニングです。身体を効果的に動かしながら、耳では尺八・琴・ピアノの音色を聴き、視覚ではその場の空気がアートとしてビジュアル化されていくのを感じて頂けます。
