Organized by Kwago as a response to the urgent need to help the Filipino youth process pressing issues during this period of rapid mis and disinformation, Sitwasyon is an online forum about current events with youth leaders and a diverse group of community workers from the Sciences and the Humanities. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

🔴 Pepe Delfin is a visual artist, illustrator, and graphic recorder based in Metro Manila. She co-founded Pushpin Visual Solutions in 2013, a visual communications company that specializes in creating infographics, educational materials, and illustrated content that maximizes information retention and audience engagement. She graduated in 2012 from Ateneo de Manila Univeristy with a fine arts degree, majoring in information design. As of late, most of her time is spent between creating paintings for various local exhibitions and artistic showcases, and on her practice as an independent graphic recorder for clients here and abroad. 😿Josel Nicolas is from Batangas City, a small port town south of Manila in the Philippines. A full-time artist, komiks editor and illustrator, Josel’s early comic inspiration came from Batman and Judge Dredd. He is the co-founder and co-editor of Quarterly Bathroom Companion Comics Compendium and a co-organizer of Better Living through Xeroxography (BLTX). He graduated in UST with a fine arts degree and is the lead artist at Komikasi Games from 2010-2014. He has published, illustrated and edited various books and comics. Some of his works:
