Bing Siochi holds solo show at UniMart Capitol Commons

Prolific artist and businessman, Bing Siochi holds a solo show at ArtisteSpace, second level of UniMart Capitol Commons. This is through the help of Daloy-Likha International Arts and Nature Society, Inc., a nonprofit organization of artists and cultural workers founded by painter and sculptor, Noel Bueza.

While the show has been open since July 10th, the formal opening will happen on July 19th.

Siochi, a self-taught artist, is considered one of the important artists in the 20th and 21st century Filipino art. A native of Mindanao, he traveled to Manila in the 70s to try his luck.

Through his talent and hard work, he has been able to establish a design and printing company and became a sought after painter in the Philippines.
