Carlos Siongco is a freelance hair and makeup artist and production designer for theater, television, and film. His interest and experience in various aspects of design allow him to move between roles as a designer, supervisor, and supplier. He regularly works as a wig, hair and makeup artist for Atlantis Theatrical Entertainment Group, and has supplied wigs, facial hair, costumes and props for ABS-CBN, Drag Race Philippines, Maiba 18 Productions, Sining LABinsiyam, and Trumpets Inc.
