Cine Lokal is a partnership with SM Cinemas which dedicates eight (8) exclusive commercial theaters nationwide for FDCP-curated award-winning and independent films. Through Cine Lokal, we will be able to provide independent filmmakers with a commercial venue for their films, thereby strengthening their experience and training on film marketing and distribution. We will also be creating a culture of support and viewership among Filipinos nationwide and developing a venue for educational discourse for the youth and for our regional cinema.
