YFilms | Yuchengco Museum
CineMapúa, the annual student film festival of Mapúa University, which is organized and handled by the School of Media Studies (SMS).
CineMapúa showcases the skills of the students in producing short film and in appreciating the value of filmmaking.
Cinemapúa aims to: 1) enhance the students’ awareness on the importance of film arts in the academe, community and the world as a whole; 2) develop the skills of the students in using film technology as a tool for learning; 3) educate the students about the basic concepts, principles and practices of film arts and visual communication; and 4) promote values through film production.
Support the young filmmakers as they visually tell their stories online.
This year’s CINEMAPÚA is in partnership with YFilms-Yuchengco Museum.
