Fan Art Online is an art campaign to give appreciation to the front-liners who are working tirelessly to protect the community and society through an art medium.
Calling all artists! Show your support for ๐จโโ๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ฉโโ and get a chance to win a Cash Voucher for Fan Fair Booths at any of Cosplay.ph’s Events! In this brand new online contest called ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐จ๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐๐๐๐, all you need to do is draw our mascot Karin Cosima in your own style in an image that shows your appreciation for our country’s Frontliners! Add in an inspirational message and submit it to us.
Top entries will be featured on our page where you can tell us which are your favorites! Top 3 Winners will receive Cash Vouchers for our events plus they will be featured on-stage at Cosplay Carnival 2020 (OFFICIAL) in a special appreciation segment for all the brave men and women in the frontlines of the pandemic!

Mechanics
- Open to all artists who want to show our appreciation to our brothers and sisters in the front lines.
- Entries must be of the drawn artform
- Artists are permitted to use Cosplay.ph mascot, Karin, for their entries. Please find the brand guide for Karin here
- Artists are encouraged to draw Karin in their own derivative style
- Entries must have an original slogan that gives support to the front-liners.
- Each submitted entry must be an original material created by the participant. Participant represents, acknowledges and warrants that his/her submitted artwork is an original work created solely by the entrant.
- The submitted material shall not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, claim or interest in the artwork.
- The submitted material shall not depict any adult-oriented elements such as but not limited to sexual nudity, violence, blood and gore.
- Cosplay.ph reserves the right to disqualify entries which do not follow the requirements or are deemed unsuitable for the contest.
- The judgesโ decision shall be final and irrevocable.
- All participants shall retain ownership of the artwork they submitted. However, Cosplay.ph will have the right to publish the images for promotional purposes without any financial compensation other than due acknowledgement.
- Cosplay.ph, its employees, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from participating in the competition.
Submission:
- Contestants must fill-up the following submission form: https://forms.gle/rdBUfY9ptxujw4JK9
- Entries must be uploaded to a file hosting site like WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.
- Multiple entries with different artworks are accepted.
- An account can only win once even if they have multiple photos as entries.
Duration:
Contest submissions will be accepted until April 30, 2020. The best entries will then be posted on the Cosplay Mania Facebook page where the audience will vote for their favorites. Voting will end on May 5, 2020.
Judging Criteria:
Winners will be determined by the following criteria:
- Facebook Reactions = 50%
- Art Quality = 30%
- Adherence to the theme = 10%
- Slogan Quality = 10%
Awards:
- Best entries will be featured in the Cosplay Mania Facebook Page
- Top entries will be featured in a special appreciation segment at Cosplay Carnival 2020
Winners will receive the following prizes:
- Top Prize:
- Php3000 cash voucher on any 2020 Cosplay.ph event
- 1st Runner-Up:
- Php2000 cash voucher on any 2020 Cosplay.ph event
- 2nd Runner-Up:
- Php1000 cash voucher on any 2020 Cosplay.ph event
