Based in Biel, the duo of DJ-producers jumped on the bandwagon of juke and footwork after experiencing it during a performance of DJ Rashad and DJ. Now recognized on the music scene thanks to many singles, EP’s and other collaborations on labels around the world, the pair has chosen Argent Sale for the release of their first album, Strangers.
A long format that speaks volumes about the influences that shaped the sound of the two friends: ranging from juke, house, dubstep and bass music, the album combines brilliantly melodic sweeps and complex rhythmic, supported by syncopated infrabasses.
Rite of passage, the nine tracks that compose the album transport the listener to variously glacial, lush or mineral landscapes. A delight to be experienced on the dance floor, as well as in the comfort of our couch.
