#DepresioneYManía (#DyM) is a collective movement to spread #mentalhealthawareness through visual, performance, and written/spoken art.

DyM is a collection of artists with their own mental health struggles who use art as therapy in the hopes of spreading the message of HEALING and LIGHT. More importantly, SUICIDE PREVENTION.

Illustrated by Denden

Illustrated by Denden features illustrations, paintings, and other artworks made by Denden Parreño. Denden uses a variety of art mediums like watercolor, markers, and washi tape to hopefully show cute, fun, and quirky works of art. She also hopes to raise mental health awareness through her advocacy cards, wherein she donates part of the earnings to groups that support and raise mental health awareness too.

Patti Ramos enjoys making art so much that she decided to go to school for it. She is currently taking up her Bachelor’s degree for Fine Arts in Visual Communication. She’s also an aspiring author, spoken word poet/storyteller, constant dreamer, and occasionally refers to herself in the third person.
