Museong Pambayan ng Morong
In the quaint town of Morong and her historical museum is a rare, yet virtual, opportunity to witness the undersea world, beautiful personalities and local sceneries captured by the magnificent masterpieces of the world-renowned finger painter, the late Rafael ‘Paeng’ Pacheco.
To open in April 5, 2021 during the 8th anniversary of the Lipunang Pangkasaysayan ng Morong (LIKAS Morong), the online art exhibit and sale will offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to purchase and own a piece or two of the late artist’s obra. The art exhibit and sale is dubbed ‘Mga Likhang Sining ni Tatay” as it is organized from the perspective of the artist’s only daughter, Mona Pacheco Alvendia. Part of the proceeds will go to Museong Pambayan ng Morong (MPM). Curator is MPM Executive Director Alexie Corbilla.
