Paglaum, a Bisaya term for “pag-asa” or hope, now on its fourth consecutive year, is a segment organized by National Democratic Mass Organizations (NDMOs) in UPLB during the annual February Fair. It celebrates the unwithering fight of the oppressed for their rights to freedom through a night of cultural performances.
