A bunch of musicians and music writers are teaming up together to raise funds for Chickoy Pura– the lead singer and guitarist of seminal punk rock outfit, The Jerks! This is what we do after all in a country where artists have no unions, and they are left on their own to deal with health and security needs. This is also what Rage! Presents: Rak for Chickoy! wants to do. Plus extra.
Let’s celebrate the music of Chickoy Pura and The Jerks on September 18, Wednesday from 7pm onwards, with live performances by Ultracombo, Ebe Dancel, Johnoy Danao, Bullet Dumas, The Purplechickens, Autotelic and Pikoy.
