Slumberparty is a Alternative Rock, Post-Grunge and Kundiman-core band from the Philippines formed in March 2019. Derived from “slumber party”–known to be a playful night with friends. But the two words separately are quite opposite. It fits the band’s music and personality. A playful mix of life and sleepless nights.
Currently, Slumberparty performs regularly around Manila in bars like Conspiracy Bar Café at Visayas Ave. QC., Taumbayan, Quezon City and some online events and festivals in the Philippines. The band is an active advocate of Filipino Music and a member of the Musika Publiko community of composers, musicians, performers, music producers and enthusiasts advocating socially relevant music.
