The third edition of WiSiK aims to build on the gains of the past two years — among community leaders to support the development of a robust creative environment for the arts in Los Baños; and among artists, students, art enthusiasts to encourage initiatives for community-building. WiSiK 2014, like the previous years, is independently initiated and organized by individual volunteers and allied organizations.
WiSik 2014 invites the local community – UPLB, Los Baños communities, businesses, and schools, government-, non-government-, and international organizations — as well as those who are based in nearby towns and cities in the region.
