In an alternate Philippine universe, Metro Manila has been acquired by an umbrella corporation, Owlways Watching and Listening (O.W.L Corp). Today it is called Lunan City, where mythical creatures live alongside humans and surveillance cameras follow you wherever you go. In the year 2030, schools of Flying Fish have caused a toxic outbreak across the city that forces its citizens to hide indoors. Follow the stories of seven artists living in the Eñya Boarding House. Each must struggle, strive and survive the circumstances of their strange new normal.

About

Written, performed and produced by Teatro 77, The Boarding House (TBH) is a two-act online play that explores the identity crises of 7 artists in an alternate Philippine universe. TBH is a play you playthrough. Taking after interactive theatrical experiences, the show lets audience members pick and choose which episode to watch next to alter their experience. Immerse yourself in the universe. Learn about the characters and the surreal setting through a fully interactive map and website. It’s theater for the New Normal.

Designed for a global audience, all scenes have full English and Filipino subtitles. Free admission. Donations will be given to support Filipino artists in the COVID-19 pandemic.
