NeoFilipino: Ar[res]t highlights the power of dance to seize focus, to arrest a crowd in a frenzy, and to pierce through the noise to arrive at the truth that lays inside.
To resist. To resolve. To Restore.
Through collaboration with other art forms, the four pieces in this year’s NeoFilipino aims to strike a balance between opposing forces, to return to the personal and intimate, and to lift the veil from that which is hidden.
