PASIG TATTOO SUMMIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Competition is open to all interested tattoo artist with or without affiliation to any tattoo organization.
- There will be a registration fee per entry. Registration fee is non-refundable.
- One entry per category. Tattoo artist could compete in two different category as long as one unique design per category.
- Cancellation of official entry is prohibited. In case of non-appearance by the tattoo artist/collector under the terms of this agreaement, any payment made shall be forfeited in favor of the organizer.
- Tattoo artists are required to bring their own model, tattoo supplies including inks, needles, colors, sterilizers and hand gloves and tattoo equipment such as machine, lightning and extension for the convention. Tattoo artists shall be responsible for any loss or damage of their equipment, paraphernalia, valuables and properties that is either caused by negligence, theft, fire, calamities or any other cause that is beyond the organizer’s control. Tattoo artists are obliged ” clean as you go” policy after the day of the event.
- The organizer have the right to disqualify any contestant/collector who displays untoward behavior during the competition.
Tattoo artist and collector shall not disclose any information to any third party or material relating to the competition
MECHANICS OF THE COMPETITION
Once competition has started judging there will be no late entries. Judging will be done by a panel of at least 3 judges. If the Judge knows the artist or person then they will not be allowed to judge that tattoo. Scoring will be done based on the overall appearance of tattoo. originality, lines, coloring and shading. In the event of a tie between tattoos they will be re-judged.
PRE-MADE CATEGORY (BEST SMALL PIECE OF THE DAY)

Registration fee P300 / tattoo collector is subject for entrance fee
Prize : 1k, trophy, certificate, tattoo supplies, premium merchandise from sponsors
1. Open for all tattoo collectors.
2. Tattoo must be fully healed, no scabs and flakes.
3.Photo of entry should be submitted in short bond paper size upon registration.
ON THE SPOT CATEGORY ( COVER UP )
Size: 8″x8″
Registration fee P800 ( 1 table, 2 chairs, ) model is subject for entrance fee
Prize 10k, trophy, certificate, tattoo supplies, premium merchandise from sponsors
1. Tattoo artist shall cover an existing tattoo.
2. Cover-up must be done during the convention and within the event premises. Entry should be finished on time.
3. Photo of old image and new design for cover-up tattoo should be submitted in short bond paper size upon registration.
ON THE SPOT CATEGORY ( HYPER REALISM TATTOO OF THE DAY )
Size: 5″x5″
Registration fee P600 ( 1 table, 2 chairs ) model is subject for entrance fee
Prize 7k, trophy, certificate, tattoo supplies, premium merchandise from sponsors
1. Entry should be realistic. View or represent image as they really are.
2. Tattoo must be done during the convention and within the event premises. Entry should be finished on time.
3. Photo of entry should be submitted in short bond paper size upon registration.
In submitting the registration application and making full payment of the competition fees, the tattoo artist fully understand and agrees to all terms and conditions written above.
