Provide your full name, mobile number, email address, and the diocese you belong to.
Step 3: Choose your tickets
Select your preferred ticket type and indicate how many you’d like to reserve.
Step 4: Review & submit
Double-check your info and submit your reservation.
AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR FORM:
- Send your donation (Ticket price x number of tickets) via GCash using the QR code provided — within 24 hours of your reservation. Unconfirmed reservations will be canceled.
- Email your proof of donation (screenshot or photo) to: resourcemobilization@caritas.org.ph
- Once confirmed, you’ll receive a Claim Ticket Voucher via email.
- Instructions on how to claim tickets will be included in the Claim ticket voucher email.
